The legal basis of processing is the performance of services expressly requested by the User and the refusal to provide the same data will cause the impossibility to obtain the service requested.

The legal basis of the processing, in this case, is the taking over and handling of the job application sent by the User as well as its evaluation and any refusal to provide personal data will cause the impossibility to proceed with the processing of the job application.
c. Subscription to GOEBEL IMS’ newsletter. With the previous consent of the User, GOEBEL IMS will periodically send newsletters about its services. To receive newsletters, the Company requires a valid email address. For this reason, the latter will review the email address provided by the User. When subscribing to newsletter, the Company will store the IP address as well as the date and time the User subscribed. This serves to protect GOEBEL IMS in the event a third party improperly makes use of User’s email address to subscribe to Company’s newsletter. The data thereby collected is used solely for the purpose of receiving our newsletter and no data is transferred to third parties.
User may cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. In this regard, the latter will find additional details in the email confirming the subscription as well as in each newsletter.

In order to carry out such activities it is necessary to acquire the consent from the User, that will be required upon registration and may be always revoked, also partially; for example, the communications sent by email will give the User the possibility to refuse further sending.
Thus, the legal basis of the processing is the voluntary consent of the User, and the refusal to provide the same will only prevent the latter from receiving newsletter, of course not affecting the possibility of using other services and functionalities of the Site.
